Latimer Group works directly with youth audiences to co-create insights, award winning content and cutting edge global campaigns.

Making a huge impact on the creative advertising industry, Latimer Group’s partnerships with global brands and NGOs work with young people to co-create campaigns with an authentic voice. Passionate about social enterprise, they put real people at the heart of what they do. Matt Hay, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Latimer Group says ‘our mission is to transform young people from passive recipients of services into active agents of change in their communities.’

Latimer has developed campaigns touching 27 countries and collaborated with over 50,000 young people many of whom exhibit forms of vulnerability, but Matt says ‘We just enjoy working with top youth talent and believe they can provide a creative spark – real people who care passionately about the issue and/or the brand.’

Giving audiences a voice

Innovative and proudly disruptive, Latimer Group focuses on campaigns and brands with a powerful social impact. Democratising the advertising process by giving audiences ownership and allowing them to tell their stories, they generate an authentic brand voice for starting conversations on and offline and offer individuals a chance to develop networks and skills.

Innovative and award-winning

After winning the Big Venture Challenge Award in 2013-14 Latimer Group connected with Impact Ventures UK via ClearlySo, which supports social impact organisations seeking to scale up in the UK and globally.

With IVUK’s hands-on professional support Latimer Group’s worldwide reach is expanding fast. Developing a global network of youth influencers and tastemakers their work on campaigns from homelessness to supporting inner city mums has also seen them address female genital mutilation by creating the world’s first Instagram documentary.

The Guardian says ‘Clients are desperate to reach audiences and Latimer offer a unique way of doing just that.’ They are setting a new bench mark for social enterprise and the future of advertising by bringing audiences and service providers closer than ever before.
